Areas we cover
WW Roofing & Building is based in Crossgates, Leeds. Most of our work is within the city and the ring of towns and villages around it, and we quote anywhere we can reach, scaffold and service properly.
How coverage works
Roofing is local work. Scaffold, skips, deliveries and repeat visits all get harder with distance, so we concentrate on jobs we can run properly from east Leeds. In practice that means the whole of Leeds and a broad ring around it, with Selby and Wetherby about the edge of normal range.
A few areas get their own page below because we can say something genuinely useful about the housing there. The absence of a page does not mean the absence of coverage: if you can see your area in the list, or you are close to one that is, we cover you.
Quoting is the same everywhere
We visit, measure, and look at the roof itself rather than pricing from the kerb. You get a written price that says what is included, and if anything can only be known once work starts, it is flagged and priced as a rate up front.

Ask. If we can reach it and service it properly, the answer is usually yes.
