Occupied buildings

Most commercial roofing happens above people trying to work, trade or worship. We plan around that: access agreed in advance, safe zones maintained, noisy work timed with you, and the building weathertight every night, not just at the end.

Heritage coverings

Reclaimed stone slate laid in diminishing courses, natural slate, clay tile and the leadwork that goes with them. Traditional detailing done the traditional way, documented photographically as it goes on, because on a heritage roof the covered-up work is the job.

Access without scaffold

For inspections and smaller high-level repairs, powered access can beat a full scaffold on cost and disruption. We use both and will recommend whichever suits the task, not whichever is easiest to sell.
