When bigger work is genuinely needed, you get a clear written price, a realistic programme, and the job done by the people who quoted it.

Will you actually turn up?
Yes. If a date moves for weather or materials, you get a call before the date, not silence on the day. It costs nothing to keep people informed and we know it is the thing homeowners worry about most.
How do quotes work?
We visit, look at the roof properly, and send a written price that says what is included. For repairs we are happy to give a first opinion from photos you send, then confirm on site.
What about the mess?
Stripped coverings go down a chute into a skip, not off the scaffold. The site is swept at the end of every day and the garden goes back how we found it.
Do you handle the scaffold and skips?
Yes, all arranged by us and included in the price you are quoted. You should not have to project-manage your own roof.
